MCTE hides text written with Arial from stage

(2008-04-02 - views: 2514)

Q: When I have the MCTE component in my Library, it hides all the text from the stage, that is embedded and written with Arial font. The Arial italic or bold have no problems. Only text written with plain Arial font is affected. How can this problem be solved ?
A: This was a problem that's been fixed for both the AS2 and AS3 versions of MCTE. Just uninstall the MCTE component you have and login to your account on jumpeyecomponents.com. Re-download the fixed MCTE from your downloads list and install the newly downloaded version. Please, don't forget to replace the MCTE components in those projects you experienced this problem. Just replace the component from the Library.

Issue with MCTE V3 and multiple transitions
posted by lurker28 on 2008-05-06

I am having an issue when I try to create multiple Transitions in one movie clip (or even multiple movie clips). I will drag the MCTE component over each image, but only the first image will transition none of the images that follow will will transition. I am currently using the free MCTE component. How can I solve the problem

You should check to see if each of the MCTE component instances have its corresponding movie clip and make sure that the movie clips and MCTE components each have a different instance name. Also make sure that the MCTE instances have the _targetInstanceName property set.

Hi,

I am having the same problem when I use the LoaderPro Component. All Arial text is gone.

Patrick.

@Patrick

Try embedding the Arial font into the Library. This should do the trick.
