The JC Video Loops Pack 01 includes 20 video looping backgrounds. The length of each video loop varies depending on the effect used; the length varies in order to get the perfect looping effect. The flv files are working at the best rate on 30 fps, however you can speed up/down each loop by changing the default flash movie rate.

Here are the available sizes inside the downloadable package:
      A. Small size/banner size: 350x150
      B. Website header/banner size: 700x200
      C. Default flash intro size: 550x400
      D. Desktop application size: 800x600
