Q: tweenDuration is measured in seconds or frames?
A: For all MCTE included patterns and their presets, the tweenDuration means FRAMES.
However, there are few custom patterns that could not implement the frames duration, because, they have internal animations based on seconds, and since the MCTE cannot handle or control the FPS of the whole movie; in these cases the tweenDuration is specifically documented as meaning SECONDS.
