Also confused... I'm afraid I'm simply not seeing it either. I am completely sold on the effect and have downloaded the trial to give it a go but cannot for the life of me figure it out so I am not going through with the purchase until there is a more logical step by step of how it operates. I have MTCE V3 and love it and it's ease of use but this 3d Cube effect is a mystery to me. I downloaded the sample without action script and cannot even see where the component appears on the stage. When might you have some sort of step by step instructions for those of us who are really more designers than programmers?

3D Cube I bought Loader Pro V3 , MCTE Pattern Collection and MovieClip Transition Effects V3. This thing has a bunch of "examples" and sure it works when you make the examples but it does not teach how to do one of my own step by step... it does even have instructions... Im very frustrated and thinking I wasted my money. So please assist. I need you guys to fully guide me to do a transitio of my own (3Dcube). And I need this asap. Also, entering this blog thing to get support is just very unwise. Please help me I need this by today. What can you do for me?

Make that 3 confused I have also looked through the examples and cannot find a logical of implementing the transition. I am just looking for a simple explaination of how to use the transition??? Where are movie clips loaded? Where does the actual transition come in for multiple images?

Issue updated This issue has been updated and a document with 3 examples has been added to it. Just download the file, extract the contents and look at the examples.

Movie Clip doesnt play In the AS3 version of the MCTE3DCube effect, the movieclip doesnt play after the transition is complete. It works fine if i use any other pattern other than 3dcube. With the 3dcube effect ,all buttons inside the target movieclip are disabled and only one snapshot of the frame in the movieclip is shown.
Do i need to manually do a removeEffect() or a swapChildren() ?

Movie Clip doesnt play If you would like to have the target refreshed during the animation, you need to set customParam2 for MCTE to "true". This will refresh the contents of the target on each frame but it is a slower operation.

Movie Clip doesnt play If i set customParam2 to true then the movieclip plays during the transition and stops as soon as the transition is over. Is there any problem with the depths ?

How to make this work with the loaderPro? I had a tough time figuring out how to make this work till i came accross the "HowToUse_3DCube.pdf" file. There still isnt any documentation on how to get this working with the LoaderPro. Can you please setup an example where you are showing a 3dCube transition between two files loaded using LoaderPro?
