Q: Hi am using MCTE, never had a trial version just the original, and when I publish my file and get my start page next thing I get is a Jumpeye page saying that I am using a trial version and of the component and do need to purchase the component...How can this be fixed???????
A: Have you downloaded any files listed on our Knowledge base? Maybe you've started your project with a trial version installed inside the fla file. If you have the full version please read this tutorial in order to find out how to switch correctly from trial version to the full one.

Cannot get transition to work

I have the same problem! I also have downloaded the clip referenced to apply the "MCTEv3 flip with Code" I downloaded from your message board. After reading the tutorial on getting the component to work I am even MORE LOST and CANNOT get the software to work. I am frustrated. Why do you make solutions when used our software breaks even if we have a full version??? It should automatically work. Anyhow, I need this to work right now! I have the clips done just like the sample and it works great except when I launch to swf files into production they break b/c it won't let me use a 'trial version'. So, how do I get my product working again. Your tutorial is useless as I cannot follow to make it work. When I re-create the item from scratch I get more errors. UUUUUggghhhh!!!!!

I have followed the tutorial and replaced the MCTEv3 component in my .swf file. I downloaded a sample of the "Flip Pattern with Code" and it apparently uses a trial version. So after replacing the component and recompiling the .swf file it now will appear in a browser window, BUT when clicked or presssed it immediately hyperlinks to the Jumpeye website http://www.jumpeyecomponents.com/trialVersion.php?id=JMP-027-V3&name=MCTEPattern%20Flip The tutorial I am using to eliminate the "trial" problem is on page http://www.jumpeyecomponents.com/publicfiles/tutorials/how-to-swich-the-trial-version-of-a-component-with-the-full-version.htm I need help immediately!!!! if you could also post a message to my work email at alex.dove AT incworx dot com

Thanks

Please note that all of the patterns have trial versions. So you have to replace the MCTE component and the Flip pattern with the full versions you have.

Free Trial Versions

The trial versions do have a major limitation. They will ONLY run into debugger flash player versions, such as the Flash IDE player and the activeX FP used by developers.

Switch from Free Trial version to Full version.

You can switch from Trial to Full versions in a blink of an eye.
See this tutorial in order to find out how.
