Q: How do I go about using the SquareLight transition to create a photo slideshow with a 5 second pause between 'flips'? I would like to have the ability to add as many photos as I'd like.

A: The easiest way to have a "slide show" with the MCTE and Square Light pattern is to use them together with the Loader Pro V3 component. The Loader Pro was designed to work hand in hand with the MCTE V3 component and its patterns...it is able to manage the transitions very smoothly. It is the most efficient way to have a slide show and you can find here two example files on our knowledge base.
If you want to use an empty movie clip as a contained for the images, instead of the Loader component, you need to add some extra actionscripting. If you don't know how to do it, we have the Flash Consultancy Service available for you.
