Text and transition not displaying

(2008-01-11 - views: 3798)

Q: I've added effect 416 (glow & burn) to my dynamic text, copied the component to my library, and tested the movie. The movie plays but the text doesn't appear at all and I don't received an error message. Any ideas?
A: This usually happens when the font is not embedded. Please make sure you use a dynamic text field that has the html option enabled and the animation type set to "Animation for readability". Also the font you use must be embedded. For more details on how to embed text please read our tutorial here.

Still not looking great

I embedded the fonts and used dynamic text fields with an html option and set animation for readability, but the spacing looks awful, but the font is correct. Why would it mess up the spacing?
I am using Myriad Pro Bold.

Tested it with the same font with several TxEff patterns and there were no spacing problems. The text looked fine. Please write a mail to the support team and attach your source files.
