Cannot import effects from site

Q: Why am I not able to import effect settings from site into the Component Inspector ?
A: Usually this happens if Flash cannot access the internet. If this is the case, please make sure:
  1. you are connected to the internet
  2. your firewall permits Adobe Flash access the internet.
