Accordion Menu V3 and Accordion Tree Menu V3 are xml flash accordion menus featuring customized states, customized transitions and tweens. Here are all known issues for Accordion Menu V3 and Accordion Tree Menu V3, they should be similar, since basically it is the same component. Open menu item pages into target - "_self"

Q: Hello, I want to have my sub menu items open in the same window and have changed all my "target_blank" to "target_self". They are all still opening in a new window however. How can I change this. Thanks.
A: If you test the flash movie locally, the web pages set as targets for the menu items, will open in a new browser window (target -- "_blank"). However, when you test your movie (containing the flash menu) from the internet, the target pages will open in the same browser window (target -- "_self").

I figured that out in the meantime and love this menu. I am currently working on embedding the menu so it doesn't reload every time a new page is selected and can forsee some problems which I will post if necessary. I initially placed the menu in a template but think I will have to disconnect my pages (about 90) from the template and make the changes for each page individually (i.e I want the sub categories to remain open per each top category).
However hopefully all will go well and and I wont need any more help.
