Drop Down Menu V3 and Drop Down Tree Menu V3 are xml flash accordion menus featuring customized states, customized transitions and tweens. Here are all known issues for Drop Down Menu V3 and Drop Down Tree Menu V3, they should be similar, since basically it is the same component. Q: Can you add a check or selected state to a menu?
Say I have a menu structure like this:
Select Display
Show
Dim
Hide
When you click on Dim it change to
Select Display
Show
X Dim
Hide

A: Unfortunately the component wasn't designed to have the possibility of a fully functional checkbox on the menu items. The only thing you could do is to add an icon to the menu item, using the icon attribute in the menu's .xml file.
