Flv playback inside accordion

Q: Is it possible to have flv playback, with video controls in the accordion menu while it is embedded inside a swf?
A: Yes, the accordion panel can load external .swf files or movie clips from Library that playback .flv files. Just set the contentPath attribute in the xml file, with the clip that handles your .flv file and the accordion panel will load it. As for the video playback, your file would still have to handle it itself.

Initiate animation after a panel is selected

Q: Is it possible that after selecting 1 panel, its content (an SWF file) will start its animation? my panels' content start its animation right after it's loaded, so when i selected, the animation is already done. please help.

Like I said in the mail, you will need to write some code in order to achieve this.

Stop the animation in the loaded content(you need to call stop method in the first frame). Then call the play method when onExpand event triggers on the component in the main file. Like I said in the mail, you will need to write some code in order to achieve this.
