Non-commercial license
You should get the Non-commercial license ONLY if you are going to use this product for non-commercial projects. If you plan to use this product to create content for a website/project that will generate ANY type of income, you should get a commercial license instead (Eg. Single-user license).

Single-user license
You should get the Single-user commercial license if you are going to use this product for any kind of commercial projects. If you plan to use this product to create content for a website/project that will generate income, you should get this license. This license can be used by one single developer on a single computer (Mac or PC).

Multi-user license
You should get the Multi-user commercial license if you plan to use this product on more than one computer (Mac or PC) inside an organization.

Domain license
Some of our products are domain-based, they can be purchased for a specified number of web domains (mostly 1, 10 or 100). These products display a watermark and the watermark can only be removed on the web domains specified by you in your Jumpeye Components account. Domain-based products are also available for non-commercial and commercial purposes.

• Non-commercial - You should ONLY get the Non-commercial domain license if you are going to use this product for non-commercial projects. If you plan to use this product to create content for a website/project that will generate ANY type of income, you should get a commercial domain license instead.
• Commercial - You should get the Commercial domain license if you are going to use this product for any kind of commercial projects. If you plan to use this product to create content for a website/project that will generate income, you should get this license. The Commercial domain license can be used by any number of developers on any number of computers (Mac or PC) within an organization (companies, educational, governmental and non-governmental institutions).

OEM license
If you need to embed our products in apps that allow third party users to create/export their own customized content, you have to get an OEM license instead of a single-user/multi-user commercial license. This will enable you to legally distribute our products by embedding them in your apps.

Note. The Adobe Flash/JavaScript components provided by Smartketer shall not be used by any customer to create third party applications/components that may compete with Smartketer by providing the third party consumer with the possibility to have the embedded component within an editor application without them paying for it. (the editor application is an application outputting customized content to be used in online and/or offline context). The duplication by embedding the Smartketer's products is considered fraud unless you have an express authorization agreement from Smartketer (OEM license).
