How to embed fonts in Flash
1. Open your Macromedia Flash software and create a new file (File/New/Flash Document)
2. For the new font to work we need to create it in Flash’s Library also. Click the Library’s contextual menu and select New Font like in the image below :
3. From the pop-up window that appears choose the normal Verdana font, size 13 and name it “Verdana” like so:
Press OK
4. Right click on your newly created font on the document library and select Linkage. Select the Export for Action Script check box :
5. Hit OK and you’re done. As you can see the font item is present in your Library.
