1. Do you sell customized components?
Yes, we've done a lot of custom components, and customized our components for a lot of customer. Send an email to JumpeyeComponents.com support stating what type of customization do you need and for which component, and we'll be glad to help you.
2. I ordered a flash component. How do I get it?
You simply go to your account menu, and click the orders, find the order you want and click the download button. You can even download the component more than once in case you lose it. The number of downloads is limited due to security reasons. However, in the case that your download is not working anymore, just send us a request, and we’ll make the download available manually.
3. Do you collect my private data?
We do not collect nor distribute private data such as credit card numbers at all. Some personal information is recorded for JumpeyeComponents account purposes. All passwords are non-reversible encrypted (MD5) before being saved to the data base, to ensure that they (and your personal information) cannot be stolen from us, even in case of a hacking attack.
